March 16, 2000 Dear Steve, I want to compliment you again on the outstanding job you did in presenting the Mediation Program which I attended this March. The program format was extremely well thought out, the presentation materials were excellent and the manner in which you presented the materials and involved the group was at all times engaging. My goals in attending your program were to increase my effectiveness in mediation as an advocate and also to develop skills to serve as a mediator. Your program exceeded all my objectives.
