Re: Mediation Training

Dear Steve,

I chose your training workshop because of the recommendation I recieved from the folks at the San Francisco Superior Court Probate Department, including Judge Grant. I was certainly not disapointed. Your training provides an excellent foundation for beginning a mediation practice. You present the material in an engaging, relational format, which makes the workshop itself a practice in mediation. I particularly appreciated how you managed the variety of personalities present at our workshop.

You mixed humor into the training in a very functional way. It provided a break in the work while emphasizing in the meaning of the material covered. I never found myself losing interest. Since the workshop, I have noted how many oppertunities there are for using mediation to resolve conflict and have begun to plan my entry into the field. Thank you!
